Night 2
Thank you Netflix for having watch now for the latest of Trent Haaga’s disturbing mind. All I knew when we put this on was that it was written by Troma’s top actors and that it involved a zombie.

Once it kicked in and we saw one of the most strangest films I have ever viewed.(and I’ve seen Earserhead.) The plot is two teenage boys skip school and come across the abandon asylum. After causing havoc in the building and running from wild Doberman. They stumble onto a room with a women in a body bag. Thinking that she was just a dead body left behind after the closure. Little to they know what they discovered would forever change their future.

Lets just say without giving it away, what happens when adolescent boys come across a beautiful girl to their disposal. Still after viewing this I’m a little shaken by this film. The writing and the acting made you feel like this could actually happen. It was every boys fantasy minus the Deadgirl part. Well unless your Trent Haaga.

I give this film a must see for any Trent Haaga Fans and any twisted minds out there.

Tonight we got the opportunity to view Dance of the Dead. After months of telling myself that I need to check this out. Well to start off, the premise is its prom night and zombies attack. You cant go wrong!
The cast alone made you feel like you were watching your old high school classmates slay zombies. We got the semi rebel boyfriend and beautiful girlfriend. The sci-fi club, the cheerleader ,the bad ass Coach and the bad boy. Its like breakfast club with zombies except detention only lasted 30 seconds in the film.
Now the writing was dead on modern high school students. The other I really enjoyed the fact that the cast all looked they were in high school. Which after watching the special features that was what their main goal, when it came to casting.

All around some of the best quotes I’ve heard in a long time.
Mitchell :You smell that.. that’s Vanilla bean baby.
Coach Keel: Little lady, you’ll get the machete.
Gwen: But I don’t know how to shoot a machete.

Lets just I wish my prom was as memorable as theirs in Dance of the Dead.
All around amazing film and should be a cult classic!
